No. We are a pet sitting and dog walking company which means we come to your home to care for your animals.

How far in advance do I need to schedule?
If you are a new client, usually about 2-4 weeks ahead of your desired start date is enough time to schedule a consultation and be ready to go. We can take reservations as early as you’d like to make them. Holidays fill up quickly, as our regulars know how busy the seasons can get.

Do you meet my dogs or cats (pets) beforehand?
Yes.  At our free initial consultation, we will come by to learn all the details of your pet(s) personality and routine, diet, and medical history.

How do I schedule services?
Book your dates on our home page ASAP to reserve your time. If you’re a new client we will respond and schedule your consultation. Booking through the online calandar is NOT an automatic reservation. You must have the proper paperwork filled out and a confirmation response.

How many visits a day should I schedule?
This is entirely up to you and the needs of your fur baby. We recommend trying to keep to their preferred schedule as if you were still there.

What if I need to cancel a visit?
We have a cancelation policy. If you need to cancel a visit and it is more than 24 hours in advance, then please email or call us with the changes. Overnight Reservations that occur over a holiday period may not receive a refund.  Cancellation of pet-sitting/overnights with less than 24 hour notice are subject to a cancellation fee dependant upon the length of reservation and holiday schedules.

What if my return home is delayed? What if I come home early from a trip?
If you need to extend care, it is usually no problem. The additional visits will go on to your account. We can invoice you for the extra visits when you return. If you return early from a trip, there is no adjustment to invoices for early return. In either case, please contact us as soon as possible.

Do you administer medications? Yes. We can administer pills, injections (i.e. insulin), eye drops, wound care, etc.
